Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS and are insured. We ship throughout the country. Shipping charges are based on UPS rates. If you purchase $100.00 or more, we will ship your order for FREE to one location, excluding oversized packages or special shipping needs.

Returns

If there is a problem with any item received, please contact us within 7 days at
1-800-371-2385. We stand behind the quality of all our products.

If the items are damaged, please contact us so that we may make the proper arrangements for replacing the merchandise. Do not through away the box or any of the packaging material so that we may contact UPS.

Layaway

We do offer layaway. We require 20% down and a payment every 2 weeks. Our layaway plan lasts about 8 weeks. If other arrangements need to be made please call us at 1-800-371-2385, we will be happy to work with you. We do ask that all layaways be paid off prior to Christmas.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged for all purchases made or shipped in Maryland. The current rate is 5% and will be added at the time of purchase. Any orders shipped outside Maryland will not be subject to sales tax.
